Refund policy

Unfortunately due to recent health concerns, ALL sales are final! No refunds, No exchanges, No returns. (Unless in rare circumstances we are at fault: Please contact us by email for a resolution)

Damaged, stolen, or missing items due to the shipping carrier would need to be handled through that carrier (USPS or UPS). Please contact them to file a claim as we cannot give you a refund or exchange for it.
