Shipping policy

Please note: ALL ORDERS OVER $100 WILL REQUIRE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION AT DELIVERY

-Processing:

For Boutique items processing is 2-5 business days

For Brand items processing is 5-7 business days due to most clothing items being made to order.

-Shipping:

1-7 business days (depending on which option you pick)

-Pickups 

In order to be eligible for the pick up option you will need to message us first (via email or our social media handles)


All Pick up orders must be picked up within 2 business days of your order being ready! Pick up location will be in a public area that we will send out once your order is complete. If for any reason you cannot pick up your order within those 2 days please contact us so we can have it shipped to you (you will have to pay for the shipping cost).

We also suggests to contact us before you choose the pick up option to make sure that our pickup location is not too far or an inconvenience to you (if so, please choose the shipping option as  we will not meet up anywhere else outside of that location)

 

-Shipping concerns


Please be sure you are putting in the correct address to avoid any delays or lost packages! (We will not be responsible) -If an item is needed to be reshipped once it is returned to us due to the incorrect address, you will be responsible for any extra shipping cost-

Once an item is shipped and in the hands of the carrier (USPS or UPS) we are not responsible for any delays or lost packages but we will do our best to assist you. Please contact the carrier with the provided tracking info so they can assist you further.
